Wines
We're hoping to use the talents of an international winemaker to make the first wines produced by our vineyard for almost 10 years. This winemaker has a long history in the world of winemaking, and has worked with us in the vineyard, to ensure the grapes we produce are of the highest quaity. Our first full harvest is expected in October 2011, with our first wines following in 2012.
